Custom Avatar Statues

Immortalize your favorite avatar as a 3D printed statue!

Choose any pose you want! Statues are roughly 1/10 scale compared to an average human, but this will vary depending on the pose.

Commissions start at $50, but will vary depending on factors described below.

Materials:

• By default, statues are printed in white PLA.
• You can see other filament colors I have available at this link
• If you'd like a filament I don't have, I'll factor 50% of the cost of purchasing a spool into your final price
  

Order instructions:

• Consultations are free! Reach out to me using the contact form below or on Discord (@cekaycat) so that we can discuss your avatar base's commission rights
• We'll discuss what pose you want (please have some reference photos ready)
• An invoice will be generated with your final price
  
• After payment, I'll submit the posed and 3D-print ready avatar for your approval, and then print it

Considerations:

• Depending on the TOS of your avatar base, I might need to purchase it to legally be able to to print it
  • This will be factored into your final purchase price
  • If your avatar base's TOS don't clearly define usage rights for cases like 3D printing, I may ask you to reach out to the creator for clarification and permission
• I will need to make edits to your avatar's geometry so that it is 3D printable
  • The mesh will be smoothed out and made high poly
  • Thin or small features like straps, feathers, or wings will need to be thickened
  • Tiny features like whiskers will probably need to be omitted
  • I will submit the sliced model for your approval prior to printing
• Maximum printable size is 256x256x256 mm
• Shipping costs may vary depending on the dimensions of your posed avatar

FAQ:

• Why do both of us need to own the avatar base?
• Many avatar creators specify that commission artists must also own the base in order to take money for commissions like retextures.

• Can I get a smaller print for less money?
• Most of the work goes into making the model printable. The final size has a minimal effect on cost, so I charge a flat rate.
